Declan O'Loan has been a councillor in
Ballymena for 12 years. He leads the Party Group on the Council. He
has developed a strong identity for the Party Group in a Council
which is a politically difficult environment......
Orla
was elected to Moyle District Council in 2005. She is married to
Joey and has two young children Dervla and Senan and lives in the
village of Cushendall in the heart of the Glens of Antrim
